Design + Coding > Is there any way to duplicate pages?

I searched on 'copy' and 'duplicate' and couldn't seem to find anything. I just wanted to know if there is any way to duplicate a page (specifically a form in my case) rather than having to redo each one from scratch?

Lindsay, I don't think there is anyway to duplicate them unless you built the forms from scratch. Meaning that don't build the forms using SQSP but build them by hand. Which in all honesty it would just be easier to build them from SQSP. Though, you might be able to "view page source" from your browser and copy that code and then enter that into an html/journal or html widget area.. which could be an option.

hope this helps

Good question! How to duplicate pages and sections and so on? Does anyone has a suggestion how to make a website with multiple languages without creating an entire site al over again from scratch?

No way to duplicate pages? Really? This seems terribly unfortunate. Any clever solutions, anyone?

We would love a copy page feature. We use SQSP to create online forms and it would be super handy to simply copy an existing form rather than having to create from scratch each time. It would be great time saver. Please consider it.

When building new pages that run off similar formats to existing ones, I've been going into the HTML in the editor, copying all from the existing page and then pasting into my new page.
That way, the new page is exactly the same and I can then go back to wysiwyg to continue editing for the new content.

Maybe not the neatest solution, but it has worked so far for me :)

I had a similar thought recently... I wanted a small thumbnail gallery below a page of text. The text related to the gallery... but slightly more robust than a "description."

I simply created a hidden HTML page. Created the page and wanted with graphics, text, etc. Next created my Gallery. Then I simply clicked HTML on the HTML page, copied the source and pasted it into the Header (or description) section of the Gallery page. Here's the result:
