Design + Coding > Gallery problem

Maybe I am an idiot, but I can't figure this out. When creating a gallery, I simply cannot get rid of the text details to the right of my images. I have selected every option in the gallery configuration options to 'not display' anything but images, yet the text is always there!! Am I missing something?? :-(

Without seeing an example I am not sure I fully understand your question- but if you are speaking of descriptions and gallery counts appearing - those items would be configured in the "page configuration" of the actual page (structure edit mode).

Exactly. I can see the options in the page configuration drop down boxes. It will quite happily change the rollover effect for example, but I cannot get rid of text!

I am having the same problem. At the very least, I'd like to be able to configure where the text shows up, such as under or over the thumb. I've seen an example where the text is under the thumb, and only appears as rollover. If anyone has any suggestions on how to do this, please let us know!

Could either of you post a live example of what you describe? I am certain there's a solution but seeing it will help.

One thing to note is that the image details are always displayed when you are logged in. Try logging out and see if they look correct then.

Eventually you will be able to preview your images accurately using the preview mode while logged in.
