First, I'm not a "power" developer.

I have a site we used to promote an event. We may want to use it again next year but I don't need to keep the site up for the next 10 months.

Is the snap shot/backup tool in Squarespace the way to "save what we have and use later to create next year's site?

Hi Brett,

I'd suggest submitting a ticket through your admin interface and work something out with the support team. You'll almost always get a reply within an hour (and usually within 15 minutes).

This is a MAJOR problem. You can do a data dump, but that is text only.

what about my graphics and other uploads? totally up for loss?
