Features + System > Editors running really slow or not at all.
I haven't seen any slowdowns like that, but I did notice things seemed a bit slowed last night and earlier today. Seems fine now though.

What is the URL to your site? Do you have any scripts that may be conflicting with ours? Content pulling from other sites?

Nothing running except two post. I really haven't been able to get far enough to add content. I've have had some success getting the editors to load on a friends pc running Vista and my Linux desktop seems to work. It's just my XP desktop that is having problems.
...and I was able to change the time location.

I've noticed switching back and forth between editors can be a bit sluggish at times, but nothing like you experienced Aaron.

I've been using Squarespace for 2 months and only recently am having the same problem. My site loads normally until I want to create or modify a post - then it takes a long time (1-2 minutes) for the "Create A Post" editor to load. I have this problem whether I'm creating a post from scratch or modifying a post. This has been happening consistently for a few weeks. I also experience this lag when I sign into the site. Other than this issue, which I have to admit is more than just a little annoying at this point, I really like Squarespace.

I noticed a big-time slowdown on Monday (Nov 30), when I was quickly putting together a very simple site for an artist. Content editor loaded very slowly, as did Fonts and Styles and Banner & Navigation (edit widths). This is a $14 / mo level, so no code injection and all-in-all a spanking new, fresh, clean site.
It wasn't my internet connection, as I checked other intensive sites out there. I also noticed that SQ Comm forum loaded slowly as well as other SQ hosted sites (Zampino's and Hobday's).
It was inconsistent, as sometimes it was just painful, "I have time to walk away and brush my teeth" slow, and sometimes a bit faster than that. Repeated clicks on Fonts and Sizes sometimes helped, but sometimes NOT. (That could have been coincidental, I suppose)

I just signed up today to test out the features and I'm having problems with the Appearance editor loading. It appears to take anywhere from five to ten minutes to load and in the case of the fonts, colors, size it took well over an hour. I've also noticed that the one test post I've made shows US east coast time (I'm in CA).
I’ve used FF, Chrome and IE8 and all of them appear to have the same problems. I really like the idea of Square Space but, I need help on what I’m doing wrong before I sign up and with my pocket book.
